Hotel felt like my own mini apartment. Everything was clean, and I appreciated the spacious room with a nice sitting area. Housekeeping could improve. I noticed crumbs and some food remains that hadn't been cleaned up properly. The breakfast options were impressive, with plenty of food and great coffee available every morning. However, the lack of a backup generator during a storm was concerning. Some staff trained to manage guest inquiries better, especially during check-in. I felt respected by morning staff but had a less-than-pleasant experience with the night staff member. My room itself was great, but the pet fee was shockingly high, which soured my overall impression a bit. All in all, I'd come back for the comfort but hope for better service next time.

The salads at the nearby Back Yard Burgers were top-notch, putting a fresh spin on classic bites! The hotel felt like home, with a spacious room that was spotless and cozy. Lou at the front desk was a rockstar, making check-in a breeze.
Checked in to find the night staff a bit grumpy. Had to whip out my phone to confirm my reservation, which put a damper on the vibe. Despite that, the overall stay felt bright and welcoming.

Family with children safe haven
We had a pullout couch with a curtain, giving our teenager some privacy, and tons of space for our little ones' sleeping mats. Plus, the kitchen area was a lifesaver with a full-size fridge and dishwasher!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was totally acceptable.
